Shred Mega Brain Bucket skiing helmet approved by FIS!

An example of their extensive work and research is that the MEGA BRAIN BUCKET race helmet line has been approved according to the new stringent rules dictated by the International Ski Federation (FIS) for alpine skiing speed events (Downhill & SuperG). The Mega Brain Bucket will now provide the best safety to all skiers in need of the utmost protection in all ski racing events (the Mega Brain Bucket is SHRED slalom chin-guard compatible) and also for any other skier willing to arc the perfect turn at pro speed. So everyone purchasing a Mega Brain Bucket will receive a FIS approved helmet, not just the few pro World Cup athletes who receive one-off prototypes that are approved.
New FIS rules regarding skiiing helmets:
For alpine speed events (DH/Super G), the helmets must fulfil the following specific additional requirement: the maximum deceleration measured during the impact established based on the test described in the norm EN 1077 Class A must be equal or lower to 230g (NB: according to standard EN 1077 Class A: equal or lower to 250g). The helmet must bear a specific label / marking of minimum 1sqcm applied by the manufacturer on the outside shell and stating “DH/SG“ confirming that such requirement is fulfilled.
Soft ear protections are only allowed for SL events (Shred Half Brain helmet).
