The SLYTECH 2ND SKiN™ BALACLAVAPRO XT is not a helmet, and it’s not a simple balaclava either. It features revolutionary FLOWFLEX padding made from SLYTECH 2ND SKiN™ XT, which transforms a balaclava that protects against harsh weather into a completely innovative and unique product.
The dream product for all the riders that are not ready for a helmet.Compared* to a helmet that complies with the ASTM F2040 American snow sports helmets standard, it can absorb impacts up to 60% in terms of speed. It’s not a hard shell helmet, and it does not meet any standard, but it can help mitigate the effects of a slam. The super soft micro Lycra material provides a very nice and comfortable touch on the skin, while the X-static fiber provides unparalleled Antimicrobial and Anti-odor properties.
